Landscape & Dirtwork Crew Lead
Lead a crew of 2–4 team members on landscaping, drainage, grading, and erosion control projects across Central Iowa. Must have experience operating equipment (skid steers, excavators) and managing project timelines.
- 3+ years experience in landscaping or dirtwork
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Equipment operation experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret site plans
Equipment Operator
Operate skid steers, excavators, and other heavy equipment for grading, trenching, demolition, and dirt work projects. Work on residential and commercial sites throughout the Des Moines Metro.
- 2+ years equipment operation experience
- Skid steer and mini excavator proficiency
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
Landscape Laborer
Assist with landscaping installations, grading, seeding, sod, and general site work. No experience required—we’ll train the right person with a strong work ethic.
- No experience necessary; will train
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Valid driver’s license preferred
